We know that people are living balanced and healthy lives and they should be able to do so away from home, whether for a day or a week-long meeting.  Our Blueprint for a Healthy Meeting® lays the foundation for a truly custom experience for your guests.  Our comprehensive dietary survey allows me to collaborate with the venue culinary team to ensure that your guests’ individual needs will be accommodated.  I will help to increase attendee learning and retention by ensuring that brain-friendly foods are offered throughout the day for a more productive meeting.  I will work with you to create event wellness initiatives that align with the culture of your organization. And I will be there, on event day, to manage your food and beverage, so that you can participate in the learning.   We’re with you every step of the way; turning possibilities into memorable meetings.

We’ll source and compare venues in your desired locations and prepare a comprehensive report for your final review.

Budget Development

We’ll turn your event goals and objectives into a working budget, providing   updates as event details develop and follow through to final reconciliation.

Health and Wellness Planning

We’ll create the Blueprint for your Healthy Meeting® and ensure that all the initiatives are included in the contract and the agenda

Event Registration

We’ll build your intuitive registration site using the right platform for you.  The ability to create customizable reports is integral for successful attendee management.  We’ll create an efficient and responsive registration site that captures everything you need. 

AV/Technology Planning

We’ve got state of the art resources, and staff, to make sure your guests see and hear everything.  Face-to-face, virtual and hybrid events all have unique production needs and we’ve got the team to raise the bar for your event.  

Food & Beverage Management

We’ll recommend and arrange for customized food and beverage for your meeting, keeping aligned with the dietary preferences and restrictions for your group.  We go far beyond the list of food allergies to create menus and meals that your guests will appreciate. 

Travel and Transportation Logistics

We can arrange air travel, airport transfers, group offsite transportation or rental cars for your guests.

Speaker Management

We can recommend, vet and arrange for speakers and presenters for your event.  We’ll handle all the details for contracting, travel and service coordination.  

Teambuilding

We can help when it is time to have some fun. We’ll work with you to select a teambuilding program that aligns with the meeting mission, wellness initiatives and the organization values.
